Section 1 - Service Overview

Web Resurrect operates an online platform designed for the restoration and retrieval of content associated with expired domain names. Our services encompass historical data extraction, AI-assisted content rewriting, and direct publishing capabilities to content management systems such as WordPress.

Section 2 - Account Registration

Access to Web Resurrect features requires the creation of a user account. Users commit to providing accurate information during registration and maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. All activities conducted through an account are presumed to be performed by the account holder.

Section 3 - Pricing and Credit System

Web Resurrect services operate on a prepaid credit model. Each operation consumes a specific number of credits based on its nature. Current pricing is displayed on our pricing page. Web Resurrect reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time, though previously purchased credits remain valid under their original terms.

Section 4 - Payment Terms

Payments are processed online via credit card through our secure payment provider, Stripe. Payment is required immediately upon ordering. Credits are added to the user's account upon payment confirmation. All prices are displayed in euros excluding taxes (ex-VAT). Applicable VAT will be added at checkout in accordance with current legislation.

Section 5 - Withdrawal Rights and Refunds

As these Terms of Sale are exclusively intended for business professionals, the consumer right of withdrawal does not apply. Business-to-business contracts are not subject to consumer protection regulations regarding cooling-off periods.

Purchased credits are non-refundable once the transaction is completed. However, in cases of verified technical malfunction preventing normal operation execution (such as content or image generation failure), affected credits will be restored to the user's account following verification.

Section 6 - Intellectual Property Rights

Users represent and warrant that they hold all necessary rights to the domain names and content they wish to process through Web Resurrect. Users bear full responsibility for their use of retrieved or generated content. Web Resurrect operates solely as a technical service provider and cannot be held liable for any infringement of third-party rights resulting from user activities.

Section 7 - Third-Party Platform Integration

Certain features require the provision of login credentials for third-party platforms (notably WordPress). Such information is used exclusively for executing requested operations and is not retained beyond the current session. Users remain solely responsible for securing their access to third-party platforms.

Section 8 - Limitation of Liability

Web Resurrect commits to employing all reasonable means to ensure the availability and proper functioning of its services. Nevertheless, Web Resurrect cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Under no circumstances shall Web Resurrect be held liable for indirect damages, data loss, loss of profits, or commercial harm resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

Section 9 - Data Protection

Web Resurrect processes user personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable data protection legislation. Collected data is necessary for service delivery and customer relationship management. For further details, please consult our privacy policy.

Section 10 - Referral Program

Web Resurrect offers a referral program enabling users to earn commissions on purchases made by individuals they have referred. Commission rates and payout conditions are specified in the dedicated program section. Web Resurrect reserves the right to modify program conditions or exclude any participant in cases of abuse or fraudulent behavior.

Section 11 - Termination and Suspension

Web Resurrect reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account in cases of violation of these terms or service misuse. In cases of termination due to user fault, remaining credits will not be refunded.

Section 12 - Modifications to Terms

Web Resurrect may modify these terms of sale at any time. Users will be notified of any substantial modifications. Continued use of services following notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Section 13 - Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms of sale are governed by French law and specifically by the provisions of the French Commercial Code. Consumer protection regulations do not apply to these Terms of Sale, as they are exclusively intended for business professionals.

In the event of any dispute regarding the interpretation or execution of these terms, the parties shall endeavor to reach an amicable resolution. Failing an amicable agreement, any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Paris.
